Built on one of the world’s most stunning dramatic shorelines, Batu Villa offers an unforgettable luxury experience on Virgin Gorda, the crown jewel of the British Virgin Islands. By using the natural elements of the island to create a sense of privacy, Batu grants you the feeling that like you’re the only one on the island.

Batu was designed by locally renowned British architect Jon Osman and masterfully built by Virgin Gorda builder Samuel Bascombe and his team of artisan carpenters and masons. The timber used to construct the property was sourced from Guyana, South America and is composed of Green Heart, Purple Heart, Bullet Wood, and Mahogany. Locally quarried stone, imported quartz and granite add to the natural elements that make this a one-of-a-kind property.
